Jim and Victor did two jobs at my home. They removed, prepped the wall and replaced cracked shower tiles that had resulted in leaking on the floor below and they installed a Murphy Bed. I came across KEZO after my original contractor went AWOL and left the work half-way done. Jim and Beth were incredible to work with! They were super responsive and would send me a re-cap of all the work they did that day (including pictures and videos). I really appreciate this constant communication and transparency throughout the whole renovation process. The quality of the work was great and they had great attention to detail. I also appreciate that they were always up front in terms of price, and their estimates for how long something would take were always very accurate. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for renovation in NYC. They made the whole process a lot better and the end-result turned out great!

The project to restore and repaint an exterior door in a Landmarked, Historic District. Jimmy's craftsmanship and understanding of the job along with the care he took to repair the old door and make it look and work like new was amazing. Kevin is perhaps the most skilled, careful and neat painter I have employed. His preparation of the intricate grillwork and his meticulous painting brought new life into a very "tired" looking front door and oversized front window frame.

I called Kezo to help with the integration of a new and larger refrigerator into a wall of previous kitchen cabinets that presented several problems. I appreciate that Jim followed the job through to the end with all sorts of glitches along the way. The color matching to the cabinets of the new wooden frame around the appliance, the adjusting of the cabinet doors for clearance of easy opening and closing, the irregular flooring in our old loft building making simple measuring a challenge all had to be solved as individual puzzles along the way.
Meanwhile several long ignored household repairs were also done. Repairs to a bathroom ceiling that had been damaged by neighbors above, re-grouting to repair sections of the tile inside the tub/shower, and re-grouting the tile floor where the grout had disintegrated. There were other tasks as well that Jim noticed and then fixed as he worked through the loft- a door handle mechanism, a window that needed closing, replacing a section of baseboard, and nailing some loosening floor boards. All completed with swiftness and ease, or so it seemed.
Jim and Kevin arrived at the time of our appointments, cleaned up after each job and event, talked through what they would do to make the repairs, and brought everything with them to do the jobs including picking up paint, grout, wood, and stain. They were quiet and efficient, and easy to be with. I enjoyed their company in our home.
This will not be the last time that I call on them for household repairs. Kezo Management is an important number in my phone and I expect to call on them whenever I have work that needs to be done. It is wonderful and a relief to have found them. Barbara

Jim is my go to person for home improvement and I recommend him to all of my friends in the city! After I moved at the end of 2020 he came and hung all of my shelving, mounted my tv, hung my pictures and even put together a dresser and a desk for me. In the summer I had him install my AC unit which he made sure to insulate so it didn’t leak cold air into my apartment during the winter. Jim always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and Beth is extremely organized and prompt with questions and scheduling. I’m planning on moving in another few weeks and will definitely be using them again at my new place.

I needed a chip in a endure seal fixed. Other pros said it would talk all day for the compound to dry then paint. They were trying to charge me a day rate. Spoke to Kezo maintenance and after viewing the same pictures I posted, told me it wouldn't be a problem and that it should only take 2 hrs that's their minimum. Not only was the work perfect but it was done quicker than that. I would hire them strictly for their honesty, followed by the work quality. Other pros told be good luck finding someone to do the job for less. Welp, I did and now Kezo has a customer for life!

When I began my search for a professional who did carpentry there were two crucial things that I was looking for. The first was someone who had photos of their professional work and reviews from previous customers. After receiving three responses for my project Kezo Maintenance Management (Jim) stood out as he met those criteria’s. Jim initially installed two slab doors, one for a bedroom and the other for my bathroom. Jim did a great job and based on that I inquired if he was able to work on other projects that I needed throughout my apartment. Jim was able to give great feedback on all of the materials that I needed for the next project. Furthermore all of his suggestions was tailored to the needs of my apartment space and color schemes. In addition to installing sliding doors for my hallway closet and another slab door for another closet. For my kitchen Jim installed my new faucet, and wall tiles. Jim Caeran came to my apartment today to fix or replace a folding closet door which had broken off its hinges (or fittings?). I was prepared to have a new door made, but he fixed the old door perfectly in less than 45 minutes. I also asked him to look at a leaking bath faucet and he found the problem within ten minutes. Jim was nothing short of amazing. I had a bit of a unique task which required improvisation, the right tools, and creativity given the small amount of supplies we had to work with. The end result was a higher wooden staircase railing which was exactly what I needed. Not only were his skills exceptional, but he also was extremely responsive, punctual, and was VERY fair with his pricing. It's hard finding someone you can trust to get the job done well and I've found that with Jim. Will absolutely use him again for whatever else I need and will recommend to my friends as well.
